Residual income means you are paid a certain percentage of the monthly bill of a provider that is doing business with a customer you have successfully registered through STS.
Example: You rrgistered a lead from a customer who let you know they need a 1 Gig Fiber Circuit. A provider is assigned to reach out to the customer. As an illustrative example, a customer buys the Fiber circuit from the Provider for $1000/month and the commission is 15% per month in perpetuity which equals $150/month in Gross Commission for as long as the customer s paying for that Fiber circuit.
What does :residual commission mean? Residual Commission means a Partner will be paid a commission for as long as the Customer is paying the Provider for the respective business closed that originated from the initial lead submission. At times, this could last many years!
STS collects a small portion of the payment from all monthly commissions paid out to Partners.
Typically, commission payouts begin 30 days after Smart Technology Solutions is paid by a respective Supplier.
A partner's responsibility includes submitting a quality lead that has customer's name, phone, email and what they need or have a technology problem that needs to be addressed. In addition, from time to time, it may be necessary for the Partner to be involved with helping to meet with and interact with the customer and assist Supplier to ultimately get the business closed.
Bonuses are offered from time to time by Providers to Partners who achieve specific sales goals or objectives that a Providers gives on a one time basis. The bonuses can be cash, paid vacation trips or another inducement. All bonuses achieved by a Partner are 100% passed through to that Partner. STS will announce all bonus and incentive offerings from Providers as the Provider issues them for STS Partners.
STS pays all respective commissions from all Suppliers to all Partners.
STS will send out a monthly itemized commission statement showing what commission payment is due to a Partner.
STS can provide active Sales Support to help move a deal to closing, Commission Support, and Lead Guidance on how to maximize quality lead submission.
Absolutely! We encourage all our Partners to take an active role in moving a lead into a closed deal that will pay out to them while building a long lasting an profitable sales relationship.
Yes and no. Residential commission payout based on Property Wide Managed WiFi, Bulk Broadband Internet or Smart Apartment Service can vary, For example, some Providers do a large one time payout per unit ($50 X 300 (apartments) = $15,000 Commission payout. In contrast, other Providers do a traditional percentage of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) (Monthly Bill to Customer) and pay that in perpetuity for as long as the customer is has that respective service from the original lead submitted that led to closing that business.
Absolutely! This is the MASSIVE power of residual income. If the customer renews from the original business closed from the lead submitted, you will continue to get paid a commission.
